The managing director of itialuS VANDANA AGARWAL & ASSOCIATES also has expertise in Corporate & statutory laws governance, policies formulations & implementation, business transformation, mergers & acquisition, due-diligence, deal advisory, management reporting, business planning, regulatory compliance, auditing and assurance and end to end finance activities management. Additionally, Mr, Garg has rich experience in working across different industries like Consulting, Research, Chemicals, Building & Construction, Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals, Travel & Tourism, Energy, IT, Software development, FMCG, Real estate and other diversified industry sectors. Mr. Garg's education background includes a degree in Chartered Accountancy from ICAI, New Delhi University, IFRS Diploma from ACCA (UK) and Graduate in Commerce from AMU.
