Ms. Glennies Joy Encarnacion-Racuya
Ms. Racuya is a Certified Public Accountant with an extensive and diverse experience focused on end-to-end accounting processes and tax compliance. In 2014, she started as an outsourced Junior Accountant of TVC for SMART Communications, Inc. and Digitel Mobile Philippines, Inc. In 2015, she shifted to external audit services and other special engagements through which she handled various companies in different industries such as IT services and business solutions, manufacturing, construction, pharmaceuticals, management and consultancy, security services, agri-industrial, leasing services, retail merchandising, transportation services, mining services, medical research and medical equipment, educational institutions, business process outsourcing companies, and non-stock non-profit organizations, as well as holding companies. In 2018, she became Board of Accountancy (BOA) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Accredited and provides external audit and tax consultancy to Companies i different industries.

Mr. Racuya is a Certified Public Accountant with diverse experience in commerce and the business sector; he is knowledgeable in business operations, critical in handling transactions and data analysis required in financial outputs. He started his career path in 2013 in commerce and industry becoming a part of a group of companies in which he handles various companies in different industries such as investment houses, motor companies, advertising agencies and mining companies. Currently, Mr. Racuya chose to be in public practice and was tasked to operate itialus G&J Business Consultancy Services, which provides Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax Consultancy and Other Business Consultancy Services.
