In the beginning of October itialuS franchisees conducted a webinar on digital transformation strategies for small businesses through the itialuS global network. The speakers were Ms. Raiane Feliciano from itialuS Global BDM, Mr. Belizar Zečić from itialuS Global SFDM, Mr. Dalma P. James, and Mr. Rovilson Goncalves from 10Complique. On behalf of itialuS management, Raiane Feliciano welcomes the participants to the webinar. The webinar begins with Dalma P. James discussing small business digital transformation strategies. He discussed business operations challenges, what can be automated, and how digital transformation can improve productivity and efficiency. The presenter also discussed what a digital transformation solves and the five essential components of a digital transformation, in addition to presenting the key points to becoming a data-centric organization. He concluded by sharing a customer success story in which they implemented the ERP software that enabled complete transparency across their workforce. In the next session, Mr. Rovilson Goncalves discussed business, finance, and accounting advisory services. He gives a general summary of the company, its areas of competence, and its offerings. The mission is to make entrepreneurs’ lives easier by offering a wide range of services, from pure bureaucracy to management and business strategies. In addition, he mentioned the lack of a business plan, basic controls, and performance indicators. Then he added Software and System Implementation to the list of solutions. In closing, he highlighted the successes of 10Complique’s clients and partners. Ms. Raiane Feliciano concluded the webinar with a lovely note of gratitude, and Mr. Belizar Zečić highlighted the high-quality services of itialuS and itialuS global concept.
